Our Strategy

Variable Speed Controls

Adding variable speed drive control to pump stations can enhance irrigation flexibility, improve equipment life, and reduce energy and resource waste. Variable speed drives (VSDs) deliver significant energy cost savings for changing irrigation conditions. Conditions include: switching between drip and solid set sprinklers, varying block sizes and terrain, varying flow rates, or anytime  manual valve throttling is used to control system pressure and flow. VSD technology provides a platform for irrigation automation- leveraging energy cost savings to pay for new equipment.
